| 5.) General Rules of Conduct |
| The user agrees that they will not interfere with and/or disrupt networks connected to the Services, they will not send and/or result in the transmission of junk e-mail, chain letters, send duplicate and/or unsolicited messages, and/or so-called "spamming"; harm minors in any way; promote and/or generate revenue for any business and/or commercial purposes, whether or not for a charge and/or through linking with any other web services and/or page, unless authorized by the IndoCanadianExpo; impersonate any person or persons and/or entity; intentionally or unintentionally violates any applicable local, state, national or international law; "stalks" and/or otherwise harasses another; and/or collects and/or stores personal data about other users. |

| Regarding postings, the user understand that they are solely responsible for all Postings and/or other materials, whether publicly posted and/or privately transmitted, that are up or downloaded, posted, emailed, transmitted and/or otherwise made available from your email address or through the Services. They also agree that they will not contain any material that contains Viruses, Trojan Horses, Time Bombs, Worms, Cancelbots, Easter eggs and/or any other computer programming routines that may damage and/or interfere with the operation of any system, and/or unlawfully intercept any data and/or personal information. |

For sake of clarity; by virtue of the above grant, they also give the IndoCanadianExpo and/or its affiliates permission to copy their Postings and/or their Images as part of the normal backup process and/or to archive discussions containing your Postings and/or Images.

| The IndoCanadianExpo reserves the right to modify suspend and/or cancel, and/or discontinue any or all sections, and/or service at any time without notice or liability. The IndoCanadianExpo reserves the right to take all measures necessary to prevent access to any service or Services, and/or termination of service or services, if the terms of use are not complied with and/or are contravened and/or there is any violation of copyright, trademark and/or other proprietary right. |

Fee-Based Services |
| All Fee-Based services and/or some of our Services require that you to pay a fee to access and/or use such Service; wherever those Services are offered. The User agrees to pay all fees and/or charges that they incur. Unless otherwise noted, all currency references are in Canadian Dollars. We may, upon notice if required by applicable laws, at any time change the amount of, and/or basis for determining, any fees or charges. Cancellation or cancellations of any payment will be subject penalty or penalties and/or no refund wherever noted. |

| 10.) Passwords and Other Security Issues |
| If the user is issued a password, they agree to help protect their information by guarding said password. If they believe its security has been compromised, they agree to notify the IndoCanadianExpo immediately. The IndoCanadianExpo will not be held responsible for any loss and/or damage. The User also will not transfer their registration, password and/or user name to another person and/or share it with anyone. |

| 11.) Indemnity |
| The User will indemnify the IndoCanadianExpo, and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related in any way to their use of or conduct on the IndoCanadianExpo site. |

| 12.) Limitation of Liability |
| In no event shall any IndoCanadianExpo party be held liable to the user and/or any other person and/or entity, under any theory, including negligence, for damages of any kind arising from the use of IndoCanadianExpo's services, including but not limited to; direct, indirect, actual, incidental, punitive, special and/or consequential damages, lost income, revenue and/or profits, lost and/or damaged data, and/or other commercial and/or economic loss, that results from the use of, and/or inability to use, the services, even if such the IndoCanadianExpo parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages and/or such damages are foreseeable. |

| 13.) Written Notice |
| Upon written notice from the User to the IndoCanadianExpo, attempt to repair, correct and/or replace any deficient Service and/or if repair, correction and/or replacement is not reasonably commercially practicable for the IndoCanadianExpo, in its sole discretion, to refund any monies actually paid by the User for the Service or Services involved and/or to terminate and discontinue any use of said Service or Services. |

Governing Law& Jurisdiction |
| These terms and conditions are governed by and/or construed under the law in the Province of Ontario and/or the Commonwealth of CANADA as applicable. Any legal action in relation to the Terms and Conditions against any party, parties and/or its property may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in the Province of Ontario and/or the Commonwealth of CANADA and such party or parties submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of any court specified in this provision in relation to both itself and/or its property. |
